مدل جامع عوامل مؤثر بر کارتیمی اثربخش در بستر سازمان و مقیاس های سنجش آن

چکیده

کار تیمی یکی از عناصر اصلی موفقیت سازمان به‌شمار می آید و به افزایش توانایی سازمان و غلبه بر چالش‌های محیطی کمک می نماید. با این وجود، غفلت از الزامات اجرای اثربخش کار تیمی موجب عدم تحقق اهداف سازمانی و تیم‌سازی خواهد شد. در پژوهش حاضر به مطالعه جامع عوامل مؤثر بر کار تیمی پرداخته شده است. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل 190 نفر از کارکنان دارای تجربه کار تیمی در یکی از سازمان‌های فعال در حوزه نفت و گاز می باشد که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران و روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده، تعداد 152 نفر به‌عنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب شدند. این تحقیق از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نوع پیمایشی است. ابزار سنجش تحقیق شامل دو پرسش‌نامه محقق‌ساخته می‌باشد. یافته‌های تحقیق با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی تأییدی و تحلیل مسیر نشان داد که ویژگیهای شخصیتی اعضا، ویژگیهای مدیریت تیم، بستر سازمانی و جو حاکم بر تیم، ویژگیهای ارتباطات و تعاملات اعضای تیم، سازماندهی و اهداف تیم بر روی اثربخشی کار تیمی موثر هستند. هم‌چنین از میان عوامل موثر، مدیریت تیم و از میان ابعاد سه‌گانه اثربخشی نیز دستاوردهای عملکردی دارای بالاترین اولویت هستند.
