بررسی تأثیر گرایش‌های کارآفرینانه مدیران بر مدیریت دانش در کسب و کارهای کوچک و متوسط

چکیده

امروزه دانش به عنوان منبع حیاتی، غیر قابل تقلید و منحصر‌به‌ فرد، اهمیت مدیریت دانش در سازمان‌ها را بسیار بالا برده است. بدین منظور، پژوهش حاضر به بررسی تأثیر گرایش‌های کارآفرینانۀ مدیران بر فرایند مدیریت دانش در کسب و کارهای کوچک و متوسط پرداخته است. روش پژوهش همبستگی- معادلات ساختاری بوده؛ جامعه آماری این پژوهش کلیه مدیران واحدهای تولیدی/ صنعتی شهرک صنعتی طوس مشهد می باشد که از 291 به عنوان نمونه استفاده شد؛ ابزار جمع‌ آوری داده‌ ها پرسشنامه استاندارد بود و برای تحلیل فرضیه‌ های پژوهش از نرم‌افزارهای SPSSوAMOS استفاده شده است. نتایج تحلیل عاملی تأییدی نشان داد که هر دو مدل پژوهش دارای برازش معنی‌ داری هستند؛ همچنین نتایج تحلیل مسیر نشان می‌ دهد که بین گرایش‌های کارآفرینانه با مدیریت دانش، مؤلفه‌ های نوآوری با کسب، خلق و کاربرد دانش، خطرپذیری با کسب و خلق دانش و پیشگام‌ بودن با کسب، خلق و کاربرد دانش، رابطه مستقیم و معنی‌ داری وجود دارد.
