فراترکیب مطالعات فرسودگی شغلی در بین پرستاران

چکیده

مقابله با سندرم فرسودگی شغلی در کارکنان پرستاری که همواره با فشار کاری مواجه هستند، در سال‌های اخیر مورد توجه بسیاری از محققان قرار گرفته است، زیرا به عقیده بسیاری از افراد، بروز چنین سندرمی، پیامدهای منفی زیادی را برای سازمان‌ها درپی دارد. هدف اصلی تحقیق حاضر، استفاده از روش فراترکیب به‌منظور شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی عوامل تأثیرگذار و همچنین پیامدهای ناشی از فرسودگی شغلی در جامعه پرستاران بود. برای این منظور، از روش هفت‌مرحله‌ای ساندلوسکی و باروسو به‌منظور استخراج مطالب از بین مقالات داخلی و خارجی در بازه زمانی 10 ساله استفاده شد که با بررسی‌های اولیه، تعداد 46 مقاله برای مطالعه دقیق‌تر انتخاب شد. به‌منظور تحلیل مدل مفهومی و استنتاج از نتایج نیز از نرم‌افزار MAXQDA 2020 استفاده شد. نتایج حاصل از بررسی ادبیات تحقیق درقالب 41 شاخص و 8 عامل ارائه و در دو مفهوم کلی ارائه شد. درنهایت، باتوجه‌به فراوانی و شدت شاخص‌های هریک از ابعاد، مدل مفهومی جامع فرسودگی شغلی در پرستاران طراحی شد. انتظار می‌رود که مدیران سازمان‌ها، به‌ویژه در حوزه بهداشت و درمان، از نتایج و مدل طراحی‌شده، به‌منظور کاهش این معضل سازمانی و افزایش بهره‌وری کارکنان خود استفاده نمایند.
