طراحی مدل سبک رهبری مغرورانه در سازمان‌های دولتی با استفاده از رویکرد ساختاری تفسیری

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف طراحی مدل سبک رهبری مغرورانه با استفاده از رویکرد ساختاری تفسیری انجام پذیرفت. این پژوهش بر پایه پژوهش­های آمیخته و به‌صورت کیفی و کمی در پارادایم قیاسی- استقرایی است که ازنظر هدف، کاربردی و ازحیث ماهیت و روش، توصیفی پیمایشی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش در بخش کیفی و کمی را 30 نفر از مدیران عالی و میانی سازمان‌های دولتی شهرستان خرم‌آباد تشکیل می­دهند که براساس روش نمونه‌گیری هدف‌مند انتخاب شده­اند. در بخش کیفی پژوهش ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته است که روایی و پایایی آن با استفاده از ضریب CVR و آزمون کاپای-کوهن مورد آزمون قرار گرفت. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات در بخش کمی نیز پرسشنامه است که روایی و پایایی آن با استفاده از روایی محتوا و آزمون مجدد مورد سنجش قرار گرفت. در بخش کیفی، داده­های به‌دست‌آمده از مصاحبه با استفاده از نرم­افزار Atlas.ti و روش کدگذاری تحلیل شد. همچنین در بخش کمی پژوهش، با استفاده از نرم‌افزار Matlab و روش مدل‌سازی ساختاری تفسیری مدل نهایی پژوهش تدوین و ارائه ‌شده است. نتایج پژوهش دربرگیرنده شاخص‌ها و مؤلفه‌های سبک رهبری مغرورانه و ارائه مدل سبک رهبری مغرورانه در سازمان­های دولتی است. به‌این‌ترتیب، یافته­های پژوهش مشتمل بر شناسایی شانزده شاخص سبک رهبری مغرورانه در چهار سطح (یکم ، دوم، سوم و چهارم) و درقالب مدل نهایی، تشریح شده است.
