گریز از جنبه‏های تاریکOCB با معرفی رفتار شهروندی سازمانی راهبردی

چکیده

هدف این پژوهش، تبیین الگوی رفتار شهروندی سازمانی راهبردی مبتنی‌بر جنبه‏های تاریک آن است. لذا در این پژوهش سعی شده است ابتدا با بررسی جنبه‏های تاریک OCB، به کاهش خلأنظری رفتار شهروندی سازمانی کمک شود و با شناسایی آنها در سطوح مختلف، مدلی مفهومی از آثار زیانبار ‎شناسایی‌شده به‌همراه راهکارهای کاربردی جهت گریز از این جنبه‏های تاریک ارائه گردد و در مرحله آخر رفتار شهروندی سازمانی با معرفی راهبرد‏های مبتنی‌بر راهکارهای معرفی‌شده توسعه داده شود. بدین‌ترتیب، مجموعه دانسته‏های موجود توسعه داده شده و نوعی تحقیق بنیادی از نوع کیفی تلقی می‎شود. لذا جهت توسعه مفهوم از الگوی هیبرید به‌عنوان راهبرد انجام پژوهش و روش‎ کیفی تحلیل مضمون به‌همراه مصاحبه‎های خبرگی جهت استخراج مفاهیم و تعدیل مدل استفاده شده است. نتایج این پژوهش ارائه سه دسته راهبرد تجویزی در کنار مدل اصلی OCB جهت گریز از جنبه‎های تاریک است که مفهوم رفتار شهروندی سازمانی راهبردی یا OCB+S ر شکل می‌دهند
