مطالعه کیفی وضعیت تیم‌سازی و کارتیمی در دانشگاه‌های دولتی ایران

چکیده

چکیده
هدف پژوهش حاضر مطالعه وضعیت تیم­سازی و کار تیمی در دانشگاه­های دولتی ایران با استفاده از رویکرد کیفی و روش مطالعه موردی بود و دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد به‌عنوان یکی از دانشگاه­های دولتی ایران برای نمونه انتخاب شد. برای گردآوری داده­ها از مصاحبۀ نیمه‌ساختاریافته، برمبنای مفاهیم کلیدی حاصل‌شده از مرور سوابق و منابع و بررسی اسناد استفاده شد. جامعۀ آماری شامل همۀ مدیران دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد بود که از میان آنها تعداد 14 مدیر با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری هدف‌مند انتخاب شدند. برای تحلیل اطلاعات، از روش تحلیل محتوا و کدگذاری باز و محوری استفاده شد. نتایج به‌دست‌آمده حاکی از آن بود که شاخصه­های تیم‌سازی و کار تیمی در دانشگاه شامل 2 مقوله کلی و 10 زیرمقوله است و نشانگر این است که دانشگاه از وضعیت تیم­سازی و کار تیمی مطلوبی برخوردار نیست. همچنین بررسی اسناد دانشگاه (سند راهبردی دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد) نشان داد که دانشگاه فاقد راهبرد و یک برنامه روش­مند و ساختار­یافته برای تیم­سازی و بهبود کار تیمی می­باشد.
