پنداشت کارکنان از قابلیت استخدام خود و ارتباط آن با تعهد سازمانی در دستگاههای دولتی

چکیده

هدف اصلی این پژوهش، بررسی نحوه ارتباط بین پنداشت کارکنان از قابلیت استخدام و تعهد سازمانی آنها در دستگاه‌های دولتی است. بدین منظور از میان سازمانهای دولتی استان زنجان به روش نمونه‌گیرى طبقه‌بندی تصادفی 14 دستگاه انتخاب و از بین 1229 نفر کارمند آنها320 نفر انتخاب شدند. پژوهش از حیث هدف، کاربردی و از حیث نحوه گردآوری داده‌ها از نوع تحقیقات توصیفی (غیرآزمایشی) و از حیث ارتباط بین متغیرهای تحقیق از نوع علّی است. روش انجام تحقیق به صورت میدانی بود و داده‌هاى گردآوری شده با روش‌های همبستگی، رگرسیون چندمتغیره و تحلیل مسیر مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. پنداشت کارکنان از قابلیت استخدام در دو بعد کمی- کیفی و درون سازمانی- برون سازمانی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت که نتایج حاصل نشان داد در سازمان‌های دولتی چهار مؤلفه اصلی پنداشت از قابلیت استخدام با تعهد سازمانی کارکنان رابطه مثبت و معنی‌داری دارند. همچنین فرضیه اصلی پژوهش مبنی بر وجود رابطه منفی میان پنداشت از قابلیت استخدام و تعهد سازمانی، رد شد و نتایج حاکی از این بود که در دستگاه‌های دولتی بین پنداشت کارکنان از قابلیت استخدام و تعهد سازمانی آنها رابطه مثبت با ضریب همبستگی 621/0 در سطح معنی‌داری 01/0 مورد تأیید است.
