تأثیر انعطاف‌پذیری ‌منابع‌انسانی بر رفتار‌کاری نوآورانه: تبیین نقش میانجی سرمایه روان‌شناسی

چکیده

هدف این پژوهش، تبیین نقش انعطاف‌پذیری‌ منابع‌انسانی در رفتار‌کاری نوآورانه باتأکیدبر نقش میانجی سرمایه روان‌شناسی است. این پژوهش ازنظر هدف، کاربردی و ازنظر روش، توصیفی- همبستگی و به­طورخاص مدل معادلات ساختاری است. جامعه آماری پژوهش، شامل کارکنان بخش ستادی ادارات مرکزی بانک کشاورزی (1103 نفر) می­باشد که به‌روش تصادفی طبقه­ای با استفاده از جدول مورگان 278 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شد. ابزار جمع­آوری داده­ها، سه پرسشنامة استاندارد شامل ۴۶ آیتم بوده است. برای سنجش متغیرها از مقیاس انعطاف‌پذیر منابع‌انسانی بلتران- مارتین و همکاران (2008)، مقیاس سرمایه روان‌شناسی لوتانز و همکاران (2007) و مقیاس رفتار‌کاری نوآورانه دی جانگ و دن‌هارتوگ (2010) استفاده شد. برای تحلیل داده‌ها، مدل معادلات ساختاری به‌روش حداقل مربعات جزئی (SmartPLS) استفاده شده است. نتایج پژوهش حاکی از آن است که انعطاف‌پذیری‌ منابع‌انسانی تأثیر مثبت و قوی بر رفتار‌کاری نوآورانه دارد. به­علاوه، سرمایه روان‌شناسی نقش میانجی در رابطه بین انعطاف‌پذیری منابع‌انسانی و رفتارهای‌کاری نوآورانه ایفا می­کند.
