تأثیر رهبری راهبردی- خدمتگزار بر آوا و عجین‌شدگی شغلی کارکنان با درنظرگرفتن نقش تعدیل‌گر و میانجی هویت‌ سازمانی

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر رهبری راهبردی- خدمتگزار بر آوای کارکنان و عجین‌شدگی شغلی باتوجه‌به نقش تعدیل‌گری و میانجی‌گری هویت‌ سازمانی در شرکت برق منطقه‌ای خراسان صورت گرفت. روش تحقیق این پژوهش پیمایشی و ابزار آن پرسشنامه با طیف لیکرت می‌باشد، به‌منظور آزمون فرضیه‌های تحقیق از مدل معادلات ساختاری و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار PLS، بهره گرفته شد. یافته‌های حاصل از این تحقیق حاکی از آن است که: رهبری راهبردی بر عجین‌شدگی شغلی و هویت ‌سازمانی کارکنان اثرگذار است، رهبری خدمتگزار بر عجین‌شدگی شغلی، آوای تدافعی کارکنان و آوای نوع‏دوستانه کارکنان تأثیر می‌گذارد و هویت ‌سازمانی بر عجین‌شدگی شغلی تأثیر می‌گذارد. هویت ‌سازمانی بین رهبری راهبردی و عجین‌شدگی شغلی به‌عنوان میانجی عمل  می‌کند. رهبری خدمتگزار بر انواع آوای مطیع کارکنان تأثیر نمی‌گذارد. تأثیر انواع آوای کارکنان بر عجین‌شدگی شغلی مورد تأیید قرار نگرفت. هویت‌سازمانی در رابطه بین رهبری خدمتگزار و انواع آوای کارکنان نقش تعدیل‌کننده را ایفا نمی‌کند. انواع آوای کارکنان در رابطه میان رهبری خدمتگزار و عجین‌شدگی شغلی به‌عنوان متغیر میانجی عمل نمی‌کند.
