ارائه مدلی برای تبیین پیشایندها و پیامدهای خودرهبری سازمانی

چکیده

گستردگی جغرافیایی دانشگاه پیام‌ نور، همزمان با ظهور فناوری اطلاعات، موجب گسترش روش‌های تصمیم‌گیری متمرکز و رسمیت زیاد و درنتیجه قدرت‌گرایی و خودفرمانی در آن شده است. ایده سازمان خودرهبر و گسترش فرهنگ خودرهبری که کانون اصلی تربیت افراد متخصص برایتصدیرهبریومسئولیتدردنیایرقابتی وپیچیده را فراهم می‌سازد، راه‌حل مناسبی برای مشکل فوق است. این پژوهش، به مطالعه و بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر شکل‌گیری فرهنگ خودرهبری سازمانی در دانشگاه پیام‌ نور می‌پردازد. در این راستا نمونه‌ای 340 نفری از کارکنان دانشگاه پیام‌ نور در مراکزی که از لحاظ عملکردی برتر بوده، انتخاب و داده‌ها به‌وسیلۀ پرسشنامه پژوهشگرساخته با 91 گویه، گردآوری شد. نتایج نشان داد کهسبک رهبری، شخصیت و ارتباطات سازمانی اثربخش به‌عنوان شرایط علَی، بر اعتماد به نفس سازمانی تأثیر می‌گذارند. ظهور خودرهبری سازمانی، پویایی، پیشروی و افزایش بهره‌وری سازمانی را در پی خواهد داشت. علاوه بر این، عوامل زمینه‌ای (نظیر تعارض سازمانی، مدیریت استعداد و منابع انسانی و تیم محوری) و شرایط مداخله‌گر(نظیر فرهنگ، ساختار، جو و ارزش‌های سازمانی)، روابط را در مدل مطرح‌شده این پژوهش تحت تأثیر قرار می‌دهند.
