بررسی تاثیر رهبری به اشتراک گذاشته‌شده در تعهد و بهره‌وری تیم های کاری

چکیده

با توجه به تنوع و تعدد تغییرات در محیط امروزی سازمان‌ها، رهبری و به‌طور اخص توسعه رهبری در سال‌های اخیر از اهمیت ویژه‌ای برخوردار گشته است. برای آنکه سازمان‌ها بتوانند در عصر حاضر به‌طور مستمر بر رشد و ارتقای خود بیافزایند، دیگر نمی‌توانند بر تصورات ساده رهبری بالا به پایین و یا فرآیند فرمان و کنترل تکیه زنند. در این میان توجه به اهمیت مداخله پیروان در فرآیندهای رهبری و ایفای نقش رهبر به اقتضای زمان از سوی آن‌ها مورد توجه خاص محققان حوزه رهبری قرارگرفته است. لذا مطالعه حاضر نیز با این هدف؛ اثر همزمان رهبری به اشتراک گذاشته‌شده بر تعهد و بهره‌وری تیم‌های کاری در حوزه آموزش عالی را مورد بررسی قرار داده است. در این راستا اعضای هیئت علمی 70 گروه آموزشی دانشگاه گیلان به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شده و با استفاده از روش پیمایشی و ابزار پرسشنامه، داده‌های تجمیع شده از 271 نفر از آنها (در قالب 70 نمونه نهایی) مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. برای این منظور با استفاده از مدل معادلات ساختاری و نرم‌افزار Smart PLS 2 برازش مدل‌های اندازه-گیری و ساختاری به همراه پژوهش مورد سنجش قرار گرفتند. نتایج مطالعه نشان داد که رهبری به اشتراک گذاشته‌شده هم بر تعهد و هم بر بهره‌وری تیم‌های کاری موردمطالعه اثر مثبت داشته است. نتایج همچنین حاکی از اثر مثبت تعهد تیمی بر بهره‌وری تیم‌های کاری بود.
