فراتحلیل پژوهش‌های تفاوت‌ ارزش‌های کاری در نسل‌های مختلف نیروی انسانی

چکیده

ازجمله اساسی‌ترین چالش­های نوین پیشِ‌­روی مدیریت منابع انسانی، تنوع نیروی کار است. براین‌اساس، پژوهش حاضر با ترکیب کمی نتایج تحقیقات، تفاوت­ ارزش‌های کاری در نسل‌ها و چگونگی اثرگذاری ارزش­های کاری گروه­های نسلی در محیط کار را شفاف‌تر نمود. این تحقیق ازنظر هدف، کاربردی و ازنظر نوع تحقیق، توصیفی است. جامعه آماری تحقیق، شامل 135 مقاله خارجی و داخلی معتبر بود که تعداد 20 مورد با استفاده از روش قضاوتی وارد فرایند فراتحلیل شد. پایایی شناسایی از طریق توافق داوران در انتخاب و طبقه‌بندی تحقیق‌ها، پایایی کدگذاری از طریق توافق داورها در مورد استفاده از مفاهیم خاص برای کدگذاری متغیرها و پایایی سطح معنا‌داری و اندازه اثر از طریق توافق در محاسبات اندازه اثر بین دو فراتحلیل‌گر به‌دست آمد. پس از تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده­های به‌دست‌آمده از هر نسل با استفاده از نرم‌افزار CMA2، نتایج نشان داد که ارزش­های کاری، بین نسل­های مختلف متفاوت است.
