The Effect of the Positive Organizational Behavior on the Working Deviant Behavior With Mediating Role of Organization's Ethical Climate

Abstract

This study examined the impact of positive organizational behavior on the working deviant behavior with mediator the organization's ethical climate in Martyr Motahari Hospital dependent Isfahan Steel Company. The population of this study consisted of 300 hospital staff Motahari martyr who randomly sample size determined according to Morgan, 169 were determined. useing Positive organizational behavior questionnaire Luthanz (2007) with 18 items from, organization's ethical climate Victor and Colen (1993) with 18 items and working deviant behavior Ghanbari (2012) with 10 questions to collect information. To assess the validity of the content validity and construct validity with teachers and experts were analyzed using structural equation. Cronbach's alpha was used to determine the reliability of the questionnaire, Cronbach basis of positive organizational behavior 0/83, moral atmosphere 78/0 and Rftaranhrafy were working 0/79. Analysis of the collected data was performed using the software LISREL and SPSS21. The results show the opposite effect positive organizational behavior and working deviant behavior with path coefficient (-0/32) Direct impact on the of positive organizational behavior, organizational ethical climate path coefficient (0/58) and negatively impact the organizational ethical climate of working deviant behavior with path coefficient (-0/62). The results also showed that the impact of organizational ethical climate plays the role of mediator in impact positive organizational behavior on working deviant behavior with path coefficient(-0/35).
