Abstract

This paper aims to study the difference between reality and perception of reality that shapes the employee behavior in the organization. In every organization justice is defined by some factors such as fair salary and wage, cash and non-cash rewards, job promotion and meritocracy systems, fair procedures and providing accurate information. But in practice, what is realized as justice is the employee perception of justice. This if an employee has a different understanding about any of these factors, it brings this question up that how he would behave. Statistical population in this study is all ValiAsr University managers and employees. The method of this study is descriptive survey because the study is based on the data gathered from the university managers’ and employees’ idea. Data is analyzed through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and by the use of PLS software because this study aims to analyze some set of correlations. Findings show that organizational justice does not have any direct effect on deviance behavior but it has an indirect effect on deviance behavior by the mediating role of perception of organizational justice and there is disagreement between managers and employees on this issue.
