Abstract

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to design a model of organizational culture with high performance in Iran's petrochemical industry. This research is considered as qualitative research that in the first step information was extracted by extensive study of theoretical foundations, including references books, journals and related articles, Based on this framework, in-depth semi-structured interviews were conducted with 11 industry and academic experts with experience in the field of study. Sampling by non-probability method was targeted until the theoretical saturation was achieved. In the next step, the data obtained from the interviews were analyzed and coded using thematic analysis by Maxqda2020 software. The initial model was validated in the form of Delphi panel with the participation of 11 industrial and academic experts. In this regard, after returning the questionnaires, the standard deviation and Kendall agreement coefficient were calculated. The results showed that the necessary agreement for the final validity of the model has not been reached (Kendall coefficient in the first stage was 0.073 and in the second stage was 0.076). Therefore, the same method continued, by merging, deleting or modifying some indicators, until three stages and the agreement coefficient of Kendall in the third stage with a coefficient of 0.633 was at the desired level. Finally, the results of data analysis of the qualitative part of this study indicate four main categories, 13 sub-categories and 94 basic themes related to high-performance organizational culture in Iran's petrochemical industry. The results also show that behavioral factors in the analysis of the qualitative part in terms of frequency with 29.6% of the items mentioned by the interviewees in the first category, internal bedding factors with a frequency of 26.6% in the second category, process factors with a frequency of 25.1% in the category Third and the category of external bedding factors with a frequency of 18.7% are in the fourth category.
