Abstract

several researches have been done on different types of corruption but fewer have been done on academic corruption. Since there has not been an inclusive synthesis and study on existing literature this research is doing so through scoping review analysis on the existing literature in Farsi. Scoping review is a relatively new approach. The reviewed literatures include books, articles, dissertations and reports which were analyzed based on the date, methodology, topic, writer, keywords and type of the document. After checking the scientific databases, the number of 36 articles, 46 dissertations, 4 books and 6 reports were extracted and analyzed through the years 1379-1399. Due to the findings most of the literatures belong to the decade nineties. The most frequent topics were plagiarism and scientific fraud, and the lack of other examples of academic corruption is palpable.
