Linguistic and discursive developments regarding the values that govern career commitment and its role in the country's cultural, social, and economic development have made a career commitment to one of the most serious and important organizational issues and human resource management. The present study has a qualitative Methodology and has been done based on grounded theory and through purposeful and accessible sampling. The study population was composed of Isfahan province employees. Data were collected by the use of a semi-structured interview and after the realization of theoretical saturation in 25 interviews, the grounded theory method was used to analyze the data. Also, in order to validate the data, the triangulation technique was used in the research. Findings Study Identification was 350 primary codes, 41 open codes, 11 axial codes and 4 selected codes that were categorized in general in four axes of ontological dynamics (including classes of ontology-based perception and ontology-based function), directional and balancing dynamics (including classes of awareness of appropriateness, awareness of your responsibility, awareness of commitment and removal of motivational barriers), Persistent dynamics (including flexibility classes and commitment-oriented monitoring) and reinforcing dynamics (including advocacy, commitment-based autonomy, and creating satisfactory cohesion) were categorized.
