This research consists of 7 hypotheses. To investigate these hypotheses, a researcher-made questionnaire consists of 36 questions was used.In this research, content and construct validity were used to assess the validity of the questionnaire, and to determine the reliability of the questionnaire, Cronbach's alpha method was used.Data analysis was performed using Amos 22 software and structural equation modeling. The results of the hypotheses test showed that family issues, experiencing negative emotions and cyber incivility have a significant effect on organizational incivility. The use of information communication technology does not affect organizational incivility but has a significant negative effect on experiencing negative emotions. Also, experiencing negative emotions mediated the effect of ICT on organizational incivility. Finally, the role of negative emotions as a mediator of the relationship between family issues and organizational incivility was not confirmed.
