Presenting Conceptual Model of Corporate Entrepreneurial Learning

Abstract

Over the last two decades, entrepreneurial learning studies have focused on how entrepreneurs learn in an entrepreneurial process, and have presented several models of this phenomenon.Because of their lack of attention to the interactivity of collectively learning, none of the entrepreneurial learning models is capable of being used in predetermined organizations.Therefore, in this research, in the framework of grounded theory, and with the study of innovative businesses in the home screen network, a systematic and conceptual model of corporateentrepreneurial learning has been presented that illustrates the key categories of the structure.In this study, using a theoretical sampling method, 20 semi-structured interviews were conducted with senior managers and home screening experts. Finally, 3 cross-control interviews were conducted to examine, extract and confirm the findings of the first stage.Based on the results, the axial category of this structure is the concept of opportunistic interactive learning which results in dynamic combinational capabilities as the process outcome.Also, the "entrepreneurial climate and market changes" as the causal conditions, "networking and learning organizational architecture" as contextualconditions, "cultural, social factors, government and university" as environmental conditions and "optimal strategy, adaptive strategy and leveraging strategy" as strategies were recognized in the corporate entrepreneurial learning model.
