Aesthetic leadership is an approach based on emotional perceptions and implicit knowledge that accompanies them through emotional influence on employees. Aesthetic leadership is the perfect style for leading universities in the third millennium. Considering the importance of this issue in this study, it was tried to provide a model for aesthetic leadership in higher education of the country. The present study was conducted from a philosophical perspective based on interpretive paradigm. Also, in terms of the purpose of an applied-developmental research and from the perspective of data collection method, it is a descriptive research with cross-sectional survey method. The statistical population consisted of all experts of public universities who were sampled by snowball method and theoretical saturation was obtained with 13 people. The underlying categories of aesthetic leadership model were identified by themed analysis method and the relationships between the underlying categories of aesthetic leadership model were determined by structural-interpretive method. MaxQDA 20 software was used for themed analysis and structural-interpretive modeling calculations were performed using MicMac software. The findings showed that "mind and emotion leadership", "barriers to aesthetic educational leadership" and "aesthetic educational leadership strategy" had the greatest impact on aesthetic leadership. These elements influenced the "prevailing atmosphere in the university". The atmosphere at the university also influenced "individual capacities" and "organizational capacities". Similarly, these factors influenced "spiritual perspective and beautiful insight" and "beautiful educational behavior". Finally, the increase in "university adornment" led to "Beautiful University".
