بررسی رابطه ادراک از سیاست‌های سازمانی بر تحریک، انگیزش درونی و تأثیر آن بر خوشبختی دنیوی کارکنان

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه بین ادراک از سیاست­های سازمانی، انگیزش درونی و تحریک و تأثیر آنها بر خوشبختی دنیوی کارکنان انجام شده است. این مطالعه ازلحاظ هدف، کاربردی و از نوع توصیفی بوده و با روش پیمایشی انجام شده است. نمونه آماری در این مطالعه 189 نفر از کارکنان سازمان‌ آب منطقه­ای و جهادکشاورزی استان فارس هستند که به‌روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی انتخاب شدند. برای تحلیل داده­ها، روش حداقل مربعات جزئی و نرم‌افزار Smart PLS­2 مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. برای سنجش روایی از روایی همگرا بهره گرفته شد و برای برازش پایایی، آلفای کرونباخ مورد استفاده قرار گرفت و ضریب آن برای تمام سازه‌های پژوهش بیشتر از 7/0 است. ­یافته­ها نشان می­دهد که ادراک از سیاست­های سازمانی بر تحریک و خوشبختی دنیوی کارکنان، تأثیر مثبت و معنی‌داری دارد. انگیزش درونی نیز تأثیر مثبت و معنی‌داری بر میزان احساس خوشبختی دنیوی کارکنان می­گذارد، اما نتایج پژوهش بیانگر رابطه منفی و معنی‌دار ادراک از سیاست­های سازمانی و انگیزش درونی از‌یک‌سو و تحریک و خوشبختی دنیوی کارکنان از‌سوی‌دیگر است. همچنین انگیزش درونی و تحریک رابطه میان ادراک از سیاست­های سازمانی و خوشبختی دنیوی را میانجی­گری نمی­کند.
