توسعه مفهوم رفتار شهروندی سازمانی با استناد به جنبه‌های تاریک آن

چکیده

باتوجه‌به اینکه در سال‎های اخیر مواردی از جنبه‎های تاریک رفتار شهروندی سازمانی در سازمان‎ها گزارش شده است، لذا این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی وجوه تاریک OCB و استخراج مدل مفهومی آن برای توسعه مفهوم رفتار شهروندی سازمانی با بهره‌گیری از رویکرد فراترکیب انجام گرفته است. دراین‌راستا، پس از جستجو در پایگاه‎های علمی معتبر و استخراج 30 مطالعه مرتبط و بررسی آنها و با نظرات خبرگان، مدل نهایی جنبه‎های تاریک رفتار شهروندی با 29 کد در 9 تم و 4 مقوله اصلی طراحی شد. سپس با استفاده از تحلیل محتوای کمی با روش انتروپی شنون وزن‎دهی به شاخص‏ها و رتبه‏بندی آنها صورت پذیرفت. استرس شغلی، تعارض کار- خانواده، تأثیرات مضر و آسیب‌زننده به نقش و بازده کار، تراکم و حجم کاری بالا، انجام کار با تأخیر و یا عدم انجام کار و تعهد سازمانی پایین با بیشترین فراوانی، مهم‎ترین جنبه‎های تاریک و کلیدی احصاشده هستند.
