ارائه مدل ساختاری مدیریت دانش و انعطاف پذیری سازمانی (با در نظر گرفتن نقش فرهنگ سازمانی و نوآوری)

چکیده

سازمان‌ها برای ایجاد انعطاف ‌پذیری خود در مقابله با شوک‌های درون سازمانی و محیطی باید ظرفیت انطباقی خود را از طریق ترویج مدیریت دانش ارتقا دهند. بدون وجود زمینه‌های نوآورانه و فراهم‌نبودن فرهنگ سازمانی مناسب، ایجاد چنین ظرفیت انطباقی امکان‌پذیر نخواهد بود. در واقع هدف اصلی این پژوهش بررسی تأثیر مدیریت دانش بر انعطاف‌ پذیری سازمانی با درنظرگرفتن نقش متغیرهای نوآوری و فرهنگ سازمانی است.  جامعه آماری پژوهشِ توصیفی- پیمایشیِ حاضر که به صورت مقطعی در نیمه اول سال 1393 مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته است، کارکنان یکی از سازمان‌های دولتی استان بوشهر است. نمونه مورد مطالعه به شیوه نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شده است. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌های جمع‌آوری شده، از شیوه مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری به کمک نرم افزار آموس استفاده شد. یافته‌ های پژوهش نشان داد، فرهنگ سازمانی و ترویج نوآوری سازمانی تأثیر عمده‌ای در ایجاد انعطاف‌ پذیری سازمانی بر پایه مدیریت دانش دارد. آزمون فرضیه‌ها همچنین نشان داد، مدیریت دانش  به‌ صورت مستقیم و غیرمستقیم بر انعطاف ‌پذیری سازمانی تأثیرگذار است. در نهایت پیشنهاد می‌ شود، مدیران سازمان با فراهم ‌آوردن زمینه ‌های فرهنگی مناسب، از نوآوری سازمانی به عنوان دروازه ورود به مدیریت دانش با هدف ایجاد سازگاری سازمانی استفاده نمایند.
