بررسی نقش تلنگر سازمانی، هوش هیجانی و انگیزش درونی در ایجاد رفتار زیست‌محیطی کارکنان

چکیده

امروزه محیط­زیست طبیعی می­تواند محیط درون‌سازمانی را تحت تأثیر قرار دهد، زیرا سازمان­ها به منابع طبیعی وابسته هستند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر تلنگر سازمانی، هوش هیجانی و انگیزش درونی کارکنان بر ایجاد رفتار زیست‌محیطی در سازمان انجام شده است. این مطالعه ازلحاظ هدف، کاربردی، از نوع توصیفی است و با روش پیمایشی انجام شده است. جامعه آماری در این مطالعه 212 نفر از کارکنان شهرداری شیراز هستند که به روش نمونه‌گیری در­دسترس انتخاب شدند. به‌منظور تحلیل داده­ها، روش حداقل مربعات جزئی و نرم‌افزار Smart PLS­2 مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. جهت سنجش روایی از روایی همگرا بهره گرفته شد و به‌منظور برازش پایایی، آلفای کرونباخ مورد استفاده قرار گرفت و ضریب آن برای تمام سازه­های پژوهش بیشتر از 7/0 می­باشد. نتایج نشان می­دهد که تلنگر سازمانی بر انگیزش درونی تأثیر منفی و معنی‌داری دارد اما هوش هیجانی تأثیر مثبت و معنی‌داری بر میزان انگیزش درونی کارکنان می­گذارد. نتایج پژوهش اثر مثبت و معنی‌دار انگیزش درونی و رفتار زیست­محیطی کارکنان را تأیید کرد. همچنین انگیزش درونی در سازمان، ارتباط میان تلنگر سازمانی و رفتار زیست­محیطی کارکنان را میانجی­گری نمی­کند، ولی ارتباط میان هوش هیجانی و رفتار زیست­محیطی کارکنان را میانجی­گری می­کند.
