رفتار پیشگامانه، مفهومی نوین در بعد رفتار سازمانی در سازمان‌ها (شناسایی پیشایندهای رفتار پیشگامانه با استفاده از روش مرور نظام‌مند)

چکیده

ویژگی‌های جدید سازمان‌های کنونی باعث شده است، سازه سازمانی جدیدی تحت عنوان رفتارهای پیشگامانه مطرح و از اهمیت ویژه‌ای در حوزه رفتارسازمانی برخوردار شود. دلیل این اهمیت، تأثیری است که این سازه در افزایش اثربخشی فردی، تیمی و سازمانی داشته است. به‌رغم گسترش مطالعات در ارتباط با این سازه، مطالعات، پراکنده و فاقد یکپارچگی لازم است. در ارتباط با کاهش این شکاف، پژوهش حاضر با به‌کارگیری روش مرور نظام‌مند و با مراجعه به متون علمی منتشرشده در دامنه زمانی‌ (2019- میلادی1985) کوشیده است ضمن وضوح‌بخشی مفهومی رفتارپیشگامانه، به احصای پیشایندهای مرتبط با این رفتار بپردازد. یافته‌ها به معرفی سه نوع پیشایند فردی، انگیزشی و زمینه‌ای همراه با متغیرهای تعدیل‌گر گروه واسطه انجامید. همچنین احصای پیشایندهای گروهی و سازمانی به‌عنوان عوامل اثر‌گذار بر رفتار فردی و متأثر از آن و بررسی رفتار پیشگامانه درقالب مطالعات طولی جهت استحکام‌بخشی به یافته‌های این مطالعه به‌عنوان جهت‌های آتی تحقیقات مطرح شد.
