ترسیم نقشه دانش عوامل مؤثر بر خلاقیت در سازمان

چکیده

با توجه به تغییر و تحولات، سازمان‌ها برای بقای موفقیت‌آمیز، ناچار به بهره‌گیری از خلاقیت کارکنان می‌باشند. اما بهره‌گیری از خلاقیت مستلزم مدیریت عوامل مؤثر بر خلاقیت در چارچوب تئوری سیستمی خلاقیت سازمان در راستای ظهور و ارتقای خلاقیت می‌باشد که این خود نیازمند مشخص بودن نقشه دانش عوامل مؤثر بر خلاقیت با مشخصه‌هایی نظیر قلمرو زمانی تحقیقات، کمیت تحقیقات، فراوانی محققین در انجام تحقیقات، فراوانی تحقیقات محققین، ارجاع به تحقیقات و رویکردهای حاکم بر تحقیقات می‌باشد. از این‌رو، بر اساس تئوری سیستمی خلاقیت و با بهره‌گیری از روش‌های فراتحلیل و تحلیل محتوا تعداد 424 تحقیق مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت که نتایج حاصله نشان می‌دهد برخورد علمی با عوامل مؤثر بر خلاقیت از اوایل دهه 1950 شروع شده و از نرخی روزافزون برخوردار بوده، اکثریت تحقیقات یک‌نفره انجام شده‌اند، اکثریت محققین یک تحقیق انجام داده‌اند، به اکثریت تحقیقات یک‌بار ارجاع داده شده و عمدتاً بر ادبیات عوامل مؤثر بر خلاقیت، رویکرد یک‌بُعدی و غیر سیستمی حاکم است. علاوه بر این، اهمیت و اولویت تحقیقات و محققین در عوامل و مؤلفه‌های مؤثر بر خلاقیت، مشخص شده است.
